Ann is a retired CSRS Personnel Management Specialist who founded the company upon her own retirement from federal service in 1996.  Her first and last jobs in a 25-year federal personnel career involved retirement education.  In addition, she holds an MBA from Gonzaga University and the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and Chartered Federal Employee Benefits Consultant (ChFEBC
) designations.  When you request a class or an estimate, you get the benefit of her years of experience.
