Our federal benefits consulting firm specializes
in educating federal employees on retirement benefits and assisting employees with CSRS/FERS regular and disability
retirements. We educate by a one-on-one consultation on the phone or over Zoom. We are available to answer questions
on FEHB and Medicare, explain TSP withdrawal options or an agency estimate form. We can review your application forms prior to submission so you get what you want in retirement. We additiionally work with employees/retirees and their lawyers on divorce matters such as dividing federal
retirement, survivor benefits, and the Thrift Savings Plan as federal retirement is not under the same law as private
sector retirements. We help review drafted court orders on retirement benefits, previous orders to compute the effect
on retirement payments, and assist in amending court orders where possible. We provide individual retirement consultations with personal estimates of all three retirement income sources
for as many scenarios as you wish, or assist you in actually completing your retirement forms and choosing
among your benefit elections.
Our goal is to make you an informed consumer of your federal retirement system benefits, confident
in your decisions as retirement approaches. We provide single day or multiday classes individualy tailored for each agency
in addition to individual assistance. The only product we sell is education.
